Aqua Force 1 2 3 Squads Welcome to the Aqua Force 1 2 3 Squad section.The squad have a number of sessions during a normal week; swimming is at Dyke House pool and Mill House pool, with land training at Brierton on a Monday evening at the moment, this may change as we progress. Club Night Squads All Club Squads train at Dyke House Swimming Pool on Tuesday and Saturday if invited by the coach. The Academy caters for a range of swimmers from initial swimming lessons, and the Squad is open to members of the club who no longer wish to swim competitively.

Learn to swim (Bubble Fish) The learn to swim classes take place at Dyke House swimming pool on Monday ,Tuesday and Wednesday evenings. 4-5pm as Half hour lessons. Potential new members are put on a waiting list and are called for assessment when we have a space in the appropriate class for their swimming standard. There is usually a great demand for places in the non-swimmers classes, so it is advisable to put your child’s name down as early as possible. Aqua force Swimming Academy Learn to swim lessons conforms to the ASA National Plan for Teaching Swimming (NPTS). The teaching is conducted by an enthusiastic team of ASA qualified teachers all of whom are volunteers.
Aqua Force Swimming Academy aims to provide, the people of Hartlepool, with the opportunity to
participate in the sport locally and at all levels.
Swimmers will be given every opportunity to achieve their potential as an individual in an encouraging
team environment.
We would like all of our swimmers to remember success can be measured in many ways, not everyone
can win medals, but everyone can achieve the satisfying feeling knowing they have tried their very best.
Our vision for the future of our academy is to continue to provide the very best in swimming opportunities
for our swimmers and volunteers.
As a team we endeavour to create a positive atmosphere and attitude to sport and instil this in all of our members.

A warm welcome to the Aqua Force Swimming Academy
Aqua Force Swimming Academy was established in 2011. Since then it has developed with Learn to swim sessions, Advanced swimming opportunities and the chance to compete for the Academy.
"Opportunities to participate in the sport locally and at all levels..." is part of our mission statement and we adhere this in every aspect. Swimmers are given every opportunity to achieve their potential as an individual in an encouraging team environment.
And Team is the key word for Aqua Force. We have ten qualified and experienced coaches/ teachers who all volunteer to provide the best swimming opportunities for the swimmers. We also have a large team of helpers that aid our work dramatically.
Training venue information
With effect from Saturday 25th May, and throughout the half term holiday, training will be held at Manor College of Technology Swimming Pool. This includes all Learn to Swim classes and Improvers classes, which will continue to be held throughout the holiday. All classes will return to Dyke House after the half term break. This is to allow for upgrades to the facilities at Dyke House Pool
2nd Annual Gala
Well done to all of the swimmers who competed in the 2nd Annual Gala which took place at Billingham Forum on Saturday 18th May. 26 records were broken at the event which was attended by over 100 swimmers. Thanks to those swimmers who took part in the event, the officials, supporters and the individuals and companies who sponsor the winners Shields.
Presentation / Party Night announced
Friday 19th July has been confirmed as Aquaforce Swimming Academies 2nd Presentation night. The event will be held at the Headlands Borough Hall from 7.30pm til 11pm. In addition to the presentations, a party will be held based on a "hero's and villains" theme. Tickets are now on sale, priced at £5.00 per head. The evening is suitable for all age groups and will include a buffet and disco.
